Wedding Photography Packages & Prices
Your wedding day is the most important day of your life. It takes months of planning and yet the day passes so quickly it is therefore important to invest in a professional photographer to capture the day. Here you will find the basic pricing structure for our weddings.
Wilmslow Photographer, Ian Jardine Photography is delighted to be able to offer a range of simple packages that meet the requirements of our Brides and Grooms. They are not fixed as we appreciate that your wedding day, like you, is both special and unique so if these example packages do not exactly meet your requirements please contact us. For example, you may have a particular album in mind so let us know and we will adjust these packages to suit your needs and budget. Our primary aim as a Cheshire wedding photographer is to offer all our Brides and Grooms the best customer service and photographic experience possible. Together we will create wedding day memories that you will treasure for years to come.
***Free Pre-Wedding Portrait Shoot with Prints***
Remember each of our packages includes a FREE Pre-Wedding Portrait session. We fully understand that you may feel a little nervous at the thought of being in front of the camera on your wedding day so to help you we include a free Pre-Wedding Portrait shoot and prints with every booking. Around a month or so before your special day we will arrange to go out with you to a location of your choice and spend a couple of hours getting used to being in front of the camera; this is a great way to celebrate your engagement and will be a fun filled experience to create some stunning personal images. You will then receive with our compliments two FREE 12×8 inch prints from this shoot. If you would like us to we can also arrange for your favourite images to be professionally presented either framed, or on canvas, but you are under no obligation to do so. Prices for these will depend on your design requirements.

Package 1 – Digital Images – £500
- Pre-wedding meeting to discuss your special day.
- Pre-wedding site survey of your wedding location/s.
- One photographer in attendance.
- Group photography information sheets for guests.
- Arrival of groom and groomsmen at the ceremony.
- Arrival of the bride.
- The ceremony.
- Formal group shots as agreed.
- Bride and groom.
- All images from the day will be uploaded onto an on-line password protected gallery for your family and guests to view and purchase.
- All images from the day (digital high-resolution images with personal printing rights) will be presented in a Deluxe Jorgensen CD folio case.
- Wedding albums and other additional photographic products may be purchased after the wedding but there is no obligation to do so.

Package 2 – The Traditional Album – £750
- Pre-wedding meeting to discuss your special day.
- Pre-wedding site survey of your wedding location/s.
- One photographer in attendance.
- Group photography information sheets for guests.
- Bridal preparation.
- Arrival of the groom and groomsmen at the ceremony.
- Arrival of the bride.
- The ceremony.
- Formal group shots as agreed.
- Bride and groom.
- All Images from the day will be uploaded onto an on-line password protected gallery for your family and guests to view and purchase.
- 30 of your images professionally mounted and presented in a beautiful 15 page Mario Acerboni Tuscany Album. Each print measures 14 x 11 inches.
- Additional photographic products may be purchased after the wedding although there is no obligation to do so.

Package 3 – Extra Coverage – The Madrid Album – £1000
- Pre-wedding meeting to discuss your special day.
- Pre-wedding site survey of your wedding location.
- One photographer in attendance.
- Group photography information sheets for guests.
- Bridal preparation.
- Arrival of groom and groomsmen at the ceremony.
- Arrival of the bride.
- The ceremony.
- Formal group shots as agreed.
- Bride and groom.
- Wedding breakfast including speeches and cake cutting.
- All images from the day will be uploaded onto a private, password protected online gallery for your family and guests to view and purchase.
- A beautiful ‘Madrid’ album consisting of twenty pages (40 sides) with 60-80 of your images designed and printed to 10 x 10 inch size.
- Additional photographic products may be purchased after the wedding although there is no obligation to do so.

Package 4 – Full Day – Two Photographers – Jorgensen Studio Album – £1250
- Pre-wedding meeting to discuss your special day
- Pre-wedding site survey of your wedding location/s.
- Two photographers in attendance.
- Group photography information sheets for guests.
- Bridal preparation.
- Arrival of groom and groomsmen at the ceremony.
- Arrival of the bride.
- The ceremony.
- Formal group shots as agreed.
- Bride and groom.
- Wedding breakfast including speeches and cake cutting.
- First dance.
- Formal/informal shots during the evening event.
- All images from the day will be uploaded onto an on-line password protected gallery for your family and guests to view and purchase.
- Your choice of images (70 – 90) presented in a Deluxe Jorgensen Studio Album. This is an impressive contemporary matted wedding album with twenty pages (40 sides) measuring 12 x 12 inches.

Additional Options
Once you have selected your main package Ian Jardine Photography has aimed to provide some additional options that may appeal to you, your family or guests.
Photographic coverage of the wedding breakfast – £100
- This includes coverage speeches and cake cutting.
Additional evening photographic coverage – £100
- This includes the first dance and formal/informal shots during the evening event.
Digital Parent Albums – £250
- Two deluxe 6 x 4 inch parent albums, the perfect parents gift.
DVD of all images – £250
- All of your images (digital high resolution files with personal printing rights) presented in a Deluxe Jorgensen DVD folio case.
DVD Slideshow to music- £100
- Our most popular product. Your images set to music of your choice presented in a Deluxe DVD folio case.
Additional Photographer – £100
- We will do our best to capture all the moments of the day but to ensure full coverage we recommend having an additional photographer.
Extra Album Pages / Additional Images – Please ask us
- Some of our albums can have additional pages/images. Cost is dependent on the album type or style. Please contact us for more details.
Bookings and Deposits
Booking Deposit = 20% of the package price.
This is a non-refundable fee payable at the time when you book Ian Jardine Photography. This secures your booking and date and is payable when the contract is signed and returned. Please note that bookings for weddings are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit.
Ian Jardine Photography has a policy of only covering one wedding on any given day to ensure that you receive the best possible service.
